It helps us determine how many units to produce, so we avoid over producing, it's better for the environment, and we all save money!
Can I cancel my reservation?
Of course, you can cancel your reservation at anytime by sending an email to support@thejayeband.com
When will you ship my Jaye?
Once we launch on Kickstarter. You will have 30 days to confirm your order, and we estimate shipping your unit 3-6 month after the Kickstarter ends.
When will I confirm my shipping details?
Right after the Kickstarter campaign we will confirm the shipping details of all orders, and you will let us know where to deliver your unit.
